GUEST ROOM RATES

PCC has negotiated a single-occupancy guest room rate of $318 per night (plus state and local taxes of 15.95%). Early booking of reservations is recommended to secure this rate.

GUEST ROOM PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

Full payment for guest room, tax and incidental charges are the responsibility of individual attendees. Please present your credit card upon check-in for payment of all related room charges you incur.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Marriott has a guest room cancellation policy of 24 hours’ notification prior to your date of arrival. Guests reservations that are not cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged for one night’s room and tax.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE

Please note if a guest checks out prior to their reservation check-out date, the hotel will add an early check-out fee to the guest account (the equivalent of one night’s room and tax). To avoid early departure fees, please notify the hotel prior to check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

LATE DEPARTURE

Late checkouts are available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact the front desk directly to discuss availability and associated fees.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. All guests arriving prior to 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated based upon availability. Please see the hotel’s bell captain to make arrangements to check baggage for early arrivals and while attending functions on departure day. 

GUEST AMENITIES

The hotel is providing complimentary access to its fitness center for overnight guests.

The hotel provides only valet parking at the cost of $54 per day. That rate applies to guests who have booked rooms and any local attendees who are driving to the venue and parking only for the day.

AIRPORTS

Arrangements and payment for transportation to and from Washington, D.C., as well as ground transportation in Washington, D.C., are the responsibility of individual attendees.

The nearest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), located 4 miles from the Marriott. Other local airports are Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Northern Virginia, which is approximately 27 miles from the Marriott, and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) outside Baltimore, Maryland, approximately 32 miles from the Marriott.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM HOTEL AND AIRPORTS

The hotel does not operate any airport shuttles.

  • Amtrak and MARC (Maryland commuter trains) from Baltimore/Washington Airport to Union Station in Washington, D.C., and connecting from there to Metro to get to the Marriott
