The PCPCC Executive Member Annual Meeting provides an exclusive opportunity to engage with health care leaders from across the country who are working to develop innovative strategies and partnerships to transform how we deliver primary care services in partnership with patients and families. During this closed-door meeting, executive members can engage in meaningful dialogue with representatives from federal agencies on how to strengthen programs supporting primary care and identify solutions to ongoing challenges associated with new models of care. This meeting serves as a forum where executive members receive the inside scoop on current initiatives, and they also have the opportunity to provide additional information on investments their organizations are making in advanced primary care and health care improvement.
