Exercise #1:    

Dan Wolfson, COO, ABIMF,  frames exercise (5 mins) —  In light of what you heard, where do you see convergence, divergence? Do the measures and metrics advance the quadruple aim?

Exercise #2:   

In light of what you heard, what are the major investments needed in order for practices to be successful?

• Individuals write down top three investments, followed by a table top discussion, and identification of top three vote getters by table – record on post-it notes
• Mix with table next door and review their list
• Staff collect top vote getters across tables and identify those that rise to the top
