Brooks Daverman, MPP

Brooks Daverman is the Chief Operating Officer for TennCare. TennCare is Tennessee’s Medicaid agency and covers 1.4 million Tennesseans.

Brooks’s responsibilities include strategy, managed care, eligibility and members services, internal audit, and human resources. In previous roles at TennCare, Brooks directed an initiative that has made Tennessee a leader in paying for value in health care, and before that Brooks worked on Tennessee’s implementation of the requirements of the Affordable Care Act.

Brooks has a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University.
