The PCPCC is honored to present the Commonwealth Fund and its Vice President of Delivery System Reform, Melinda Abrams, MS, with the Primary Care Community/Research Leadership Award. Delivery System Reform is being recognized for its outstanding commitment to promoting more accessible, better quality, and more efficient health care. Melinda shows her long standing support in her role as co-chair of PCPCC’s Outcomes and Evaluation Stakeholder Center as well.
