Glenn Steele, former CEO of Geisinger Health and Vice Chair, Health Transformation Alliance, will moderate this session on technological innovation at the intersection of Primary and Specialist care. Panelists will discuss AI enabled referral decision support, and the use of a mobile app to create a more patient centered referral loop.
