A PCPCC Tech Pre-conference
November 4, 2019 - 8:30 am – 11:30 am
Technology is increasingly changing how clinicians deliver care and patients engage with healthcare systems. These changes are especially evident in primary care settings.
At its best, technology supports the kind of primary care envisioned by the Shared Principles including connecting primary care to other health system stakeholders and fostering collaboration. At its worst, technology becomes an unintended contributor to consequences like burnout, fragmentation of care, and erosion of the patient-clinician relationship.
Join us for the PCPCC Tech Pre-conference, Digital Disruption: Activating Primary Care, and learn about innovations that better integrate, coordinate and customize care and strengthen critical relationships.
Pre-conference participants must be registered for the 2019 PCPCC Annual Conference in order to attend.
